Check In Report

As part of the Check In process we arrange to meet your Tenant at the rental property.

We will go around the property with them, take the meter readings, button test smoke and co2 alarms and obtain their signature digitally to say they are in receipt of the keys.

​

Once the Check In has taken place and the tenant is in receipt of the Inventory report they have 7 days to contact us with any amendments or additions, after this time the report will be considered as agreed by all parties.
