Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO's)

A property is a house in multiple occupation (HMO) if at least three tenants live there forming more than one household (i.e. they are not related or in a relationship) and they share toilet, bathroom or kitchen facilities with other tenants.

ESA are able to offer Inventory, Check In, Interim and Check Out Reports tailored to the needs of HMO landlords and their tenants.  

We are able to produce reports detailing the communal areas and a separate report for each bedroom, therefore enabling each tenant to have a report specific to their own tenancy agreement.  This also makes it a quick, easy and simple process when tenants leave or move into the property at different times.
